Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, valuation, underwriting and consulting.

Previously he worked for some of the world’s largest banks and private equity funds, where he developed systems, built teams, and managed end-to-end transactions involving underwriting, due diligence, closing, and asset management.

Jonathan’s experience spans nearly every commercial real estate asset class across a global landscape including North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked up and down the capital stack, including new loan origination, existing debt, CMBS, non-performing loans, equity, and the acquisition and disposition of single assets and portfolios.

Jonathan is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he studied real estate and urban land economics.
