Sean has 5 years of experience sourcing, underwriting, and executing CRE equity and debt transactions across all major property types.

He began his career in San Francisco as an acquisitions analyst at PNC Realty Investors. In 2020 Sean joined GID Investment Advisers in the Acquisitions and Development Group. In 2022 he relocated to New York to join The Brooksville Company, and contributed to underwriting and managing multifamily properties.

Sean has a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from The Ohio State University.
