Brennan has over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, and development.

Prior to Hickory CRE, at Capstone Companies, he specialized in sourcing and advising clients on complex equity/debt arrangements and managed each transaction process from inception to closing. Prior to Capstone, he was in Acquisitions, Asset Management and Development at a NYC-based multifamily investment and development firm for 2 years. Prior to his time in NYC, he worked for The John Buck Company (JBC) as an Acquisitions and Development Associate in San Francisco. There he was deeply involved in acquisitions, underwriting, and rezoning/entitlements. Before JBC, Brennan resided in Boston, where he started his career in real estate as a Valuations Associate at TA Realty.

Brennan is a graduate of Bentley University where he earned his MBA Finance along with an M.S Finance and B.A. in Corporate Finance and Accounting.
