Katia Brody
Katia has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry focused on transactions, capital markets, and client relations. She has broad experience with acquisition, construction, and value-add redevelopment underwriting of all major asset classes and geographies across the U.S.
Prior to joining the firm, Katia was at Eyzenberg and Company NYC where she secured financing for existing, transitional and construction projects valued at $500mm. In 2012 Katia began her career with one of the top sales teams at Elliman headquarters, where she represented buyers on new developments and high-profile properties throughout NYC. During her time at Elliman she negotiated sales amounting to over $70mm.
Katia has a Master’s in Real Estate from NYU, a BBA in Marketing from Berkeley College, a NY Salesperson License, and continues her education by pursuing courses and certificates from Harvard and other programs.
